What shipping methods does BRCC offer?

Shipping Speeds

Black Rifle Coffee Company offers three shipping rates:

  • Economy Shipping (typically 7-10 business days)
  • Standard Ground Shipping (typically 5-7 business days)
Note: the shipping timeframe for an order's shipping rate does not include the time it takes for an order to progress through our fulfillment process. Please allow three to five full business days from the time that your order is placed for it to be fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.


Shipping Methods

Our fulfillment center will automatically choose the best carrier to deliver to your specific region. At this time we do not have the option to let our customers specify which carrier will deliver their order.

Economy Shipping orders may ship with one of the following shipping methods:

  • FedEx SmartPost 
    In this case, FedEx handles the majority of the travel but hands it off to the Post Office for the final delivery. If you set a P.O. box as a shipping address but received a FedEx tracking link, do not worry. FedEx will deliver the order to the Post Office! 
  • UPS SurePost
    Similar to Smart Post, UPS will handle the majority of travel but will hand it off to USPS for the local delivery. 
  • USPS Parcel Select
    This shipping method is often used for single bags of coffee, as the box will likely fit in your mailbox.
  • OnTrac
    This shipping method is only used for our customers in the Western states. OnTrac will only deliver to a physical address. If you notice that your P.O. box address shipped with OnTrac, please reach out to us right away.
  • DHL Tracking
    This shipping method is used to handle the majority of the travel. DHL tends to track orders until it reaches the state for the delivery and transfers package to USPS for final delivery.
