Requesting a donation

We appreciate that you're considering Black Rifle Coffee as a donor!

Reach out to [email protected] and provide provide the following information: 

• Date of event
• 501(c)(3) form (if applicable)
• Address to send the donation to
• Any flyers, websites, links, or social media posts about the event
• There is also an option to specify that this request is for a Deployed Donation, if applicable

Please note that there is no guarantee that a donation request will be approved and requests made less than 60 days prior to the date of the event may not be able to be evaluated, processed, and shipped in the remaining time before your event.

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, you may experience a delay in our response. Please know that our donations team has received it, and someone from their team will reach out as soon as they can!

Following-up on a previous request

If you've already submitted a form and are looking for a follow-up please reach out [email protected] to request an update, if you don't receive a response after having a confirmation of donation reach out to our Customer Engagement team and we'll be more than happy to look into the request for you!
