From November 7-11, every purchase made on the Black Rifle Coffee Company website helps forgive up to $25 million in veteran medical debt through our partnership with ForgiveCo and Born Primitive.

Who is ForgiveCo?

ForgiveCo is a trusted organization that purchases and forgives portfolios of veteran medical debt.

They’ve partnered with Experian, Verizon, and Pacific Premier Bank, helping to forgive over $100 million in debt through a fully legal and regulated process.

Together with partners like Black Rifle Coffee Company and Born Primitive, ForgiveCo ensures every dollar raised makes an incredible difference for veterans and their families.

How Does It Work?

Every purchase made on the BRCC website between November 7–11 helps fund this mission.
Your daily coffee order or apparel purchase directly supports the forgiveness of veteran medical debt, helping families breathe easier and move forward.

Here’s what happens:

  • ForgiveCo buys medical debt that’s already been written off or sent to collections—often for pennies on the dollar.

  • A few thousand dollars raised can erase tens of thousands in debt, multiplying the impact of every purchase.

  • Instead of collecting payments, ForgiveCo forgives the debt entirely.

Once a debt is purchased:

  • The balance is wiped clean—no interest added.

  • No collection calls or payments are ever required.

  • The individual is fully released from the obligation.

ForgiveCo also removes negative credit marks tied to the forgiven debt, such as charge-offs or collections.
This helps veterans:

  • Boost their credit scores

  • Qualify for housing, loans, and jobs

  • Rebuild long-term financial stability

How Does ForgiveCo Choose? 

ForgiveCo identifies and purchases debt from hospitals, banks, and debt collectors across the country.
Recipients are selected using public hardship data such as:

  • veteran status

This means there are no applications, opt-ins, or sign-ups!

Many veterans are surprised when they receive an official letter confirming that their medical debt has been completely forgiven.

Donation Disclaimer

By choosing the donation option, you acknowledge that your contribution will be directed to ForgiveCo, a public benefit corporation (not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization). Because of this, your donation may not be tax-deductible.
