Is my subscription price changing?

Prices are changing for our bagged and boxed coffee products effective on August 19th, 2025. We value your loyalty, so please reach out to us if you have any questions or need to adjust or cancel any orders.

What is my new subscription price?

Bagged Coffee:
  • 11 oz, 12 oz, 18 oz, and Exclusive Coffee Subscription bags:
    •  Increase of $1 per bag 
  • 32 oz, 40 oz bags:
    • Increase of $2 per bag
  • 5 lb bags: Increase of $5 per bag
Coffee Pods (Rounds): 
  • 12-count and 22-count cartons 
    • Increase of $1 per carton
  • 32-count cartons 
    • Increase of $2 per carton
  • 48-count cartons and larger 
    • Increase of $3 per carton

Your membership will continue to reflect tiered pricing discounts. Additionally, you continue to receive all of your existing Member Benefits like free shipping, discounts on partner brands, access to exclusive products which no other customers can buy, —and, of course, America’s best coffee right at home.

Why are you increasing prices?

Due to the current state of the coffee market, a price increase has become necessary in order to continue providing a product that we are proud to offer while also continuing our mission of giving back to the veteran and first responder communities. While maintaining a competitive position in the coffee market is something that we focus on, we have deferred this price increase for as long we could because we want to provide our products to you at a price that is as affordable as possible.

Is there a way to lower the cost of my subscription?

The best way to save is to set your subscription to four bags per subscription item. To offset this increase, you can also increase the number of days between orders based on your normal consumption.

Adjusting your subscription to more bags per order while also having the orders placed less frequently is a great way to receive the maximum discount possible and not interrupt your need for great coffee! For example: subscriptions for two bags every 30 days be doubled to four bags every 60 days. 

When will the price increase go into effect?

The Coffee Club price increase will go into effect August 19th, 2025.

Will price increases become a yearly thing?

While we cannot make any promises that prices will not increase again in the future, in the past we have adjusted prices only as it has become necessary. We will do what we can to avoid future price increases if at all possible.

Where do I find my Members-only offer?

Log into your customer portal on the website, and follow the bot guidance in the bottom right of your screen. This will bring you to a page exclusive to Members with the instructions to redeem your free shirt.

Can I have the free shirt added to an upcoming subscription order?

Unfortunately we are not able to have the free shirt added to an upcoming subscription order to ship together. While we do appreciate the mindfulness in trying to save us from additional shipping costs, limitations of our system do not allow us to do this at this time.
