Gift Card and Store Credit Guide

Have a gift card? Here’s how to quickly check your balance or turn it into store credit for an even smoother checkout.

Gift Card Balance

You can check the balance of your gift card here: Gift Card Balance and Conversion

Please note, you'll need to be logged in to your BRCC Account!

Once logged in you should see the Gift Card Exchange. This is where you can do a balance check and conversion.

Double check that the gift card action is set to Balance Inquiry.

Gift cards are not able to be used for BRCC site purchases. You'll need to first convert them into store credit, and once converted the balance will be tied to your BRCC account and be useable at checkout via a checkbox.

Just like the balance check, you'll need to be logged in to your BRCC account before being able to convert your card to store credit. You can complete the conversion of your gift card here: Gift Card Balance and Conversion

Once logged in you should see the Gift Card Exchange. This is where you can do a balance check and conversion.

Double check that the gift card action is set to Exchange Gift Card for Store Credit.

Using Your Store Credit

Once your Gift Card has been converted to store credit, that balance is now tied to the BRCC account that was logged in during conversion.

To apply the store credit to your cart you'll find a checkbox under the Payment section, mark the checkbox true

Once you have applied the store credit, your total amount due on the order will adjust to reflect the new total.
